Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
Once your order is placed, our team will verify your details via Call or WhatsApp before dispatching.
Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days nationwide.
Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.) usually receive deliveries within 2 to 3 working days.
Remote or rural areas may take up to 4 to 5 working days depending on courier route operations.

Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Free Delivery nationwide on all eligible promotional orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all serviceable locations in Pakistan. Please ensure the exact payable amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier tracking link will be sent to your registered phone number via SMS/WhatsApp.
You can monitor the real-time status of your parcel directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please take a clear photo/video before unboxing and contact our support team immediately.
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy for any defective or incorrect items received.
